This recipe is using MOSS Glossing Vanilla Bean Beauty Protein and is RAW, VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE and LOW SUGAR. It is very easy to make and a perfect guilt-free dessert or afternoon treat.
Blend 1 & 1/2 cups of almond meal, 1/2 cup of MOSS Beauty Protein, 1 and 1/2 TBS of pure maple syrup & 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil with a pinch of salt and pat the crumble into a lined baking tray.
Coconut Raspberry Filling
Blend 1 can of coconut cream, 1/2 cup of coconut threads, 1 tsp of pure vanilla bean powder or vanilla essence until thick and creamy and pour of the base. Add frozen raspberries throughout and push these into the coconut filling.
Put in the freezer for 3 hours. When ready to eat, let the dessert slightly defrost and cut into pieces. Enjoy!
