Blend 3 medjool dates in hot water, amond butter, & pure maple syrup or honey. This makes your caramel alternative and set aside.
Blend 3 large frozen bananas, a handful of frozen cucumber & califlower, 3 heaped tbs of coconut yoghurt, and 3-4 tbs of MOSS Beauty Protein. Add a few drops of almond milk and blend until a creamy thick consistency. Pour into a tray and mix through the Caramel Sauce.
For 3-5 hours in the freezer.
